Telephone or Personal Consultation
A telephone or personal consultation, during which you can share your requirements and preferences regarding your new property. The more information you provide, the greater the chance we have of finding your dream property.
Before the conversation or meeting, it is advisable to consider the following points:
Are you looking for a holiday home, an investment property, or a combination of both?
Are you interested in a project at the planning stage, a new build under construction, a move-in ready new build property, or a resale property?
Which part of the Costa del Sol are you interested in? (e.g., Marbella, San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona, etc.)
In Turkey: Are you interested in Istanbul, Bodrum, or Antalya/Alanya?
What type and size of property are you looking for? Number of bedrooms and bathrooms?
What is your budget range for the property?
After the conversation or personal meeting, you will receive detailed information about all available properties (pictures, floor plans, location, videos, purchase price, etc.) that meet your criteria.
Organization of Virtual Property Viewings
Upon request, we will organize a virtual viewing appointment with the local representative of the selected properties, where you can get to know the property and the developer in detail. During the video presentation, you will gain insight into the surroundings, the nearby amenities, and the view from the property. For projects under construction, you can check the current state of development.
Before the virtual viewing, it is advisable to consider the following points:
What kind of view do you prefer? (Sea, mountains, city, golf course, etc.)
Are you looking for a property near the beach or city center, or a higher-up property (on a hill or mountain) with a panoramic view?
Would you like a property with a garden, terrace, or a penthouse apartment?
Do you prefer an apartment near the pool or further away?
Are you looking for a furnished or unfurnished property?
Would you like to visit the property in person? If so, when?
After the virtual viewing, you will receive the floor plan of the selected apartment, the technical description of the residential complex, the payment schedule, as well as the reservation and contract terms.
On-site Viewing and Personal Appointment Organization
If you are interested in purchasing, we will arrange an appointment for an on-site viewing of the selected property and a tour of the surrounding area. During the viewing, you will get to know the local conditions as well as the economic and touristic environment, enabling you to make a well-informed decision.
Before the personal viewing, it is advisable to consider the following points:
Are you able to reserve the property on-site if you find the right one?
Would you like to apply for a tax number and open a bank account personally or through a representative?
If you prefer to handle matters through a representative, would you sign the power of attorney in Spain / Turkey or in Hungary?
Would you like to meet with a lawyer or legal representative?
Would you like to meet a property manager who will take care of future rentals?
After the on-site viewing and if you decide to proceed with the purchase, you will receive the necessary documentation for the reservation, and we will be happy to assist you with understanding and completing it.
Property Rental, Maintenance, and Resale
Entrust the cleaning and maintenance of your holiday home, as well as the management of your rented property (guest reception, key handover, cleaning, tax declaration, etc.) to one of our local partners. We are also at your disposal for the future resale of your property.
Useful information regarding property rental and resale:
Rental income is transferred to a local bank account.
Accounting and tax declarations are managed locally.
Tax exemption in Turkey for property sales after more than 5 years.
Exemption from fees in Spain for property sales within 5 years.
Furnishing and maintenance of the property can be arranged remotely.
After signing the sales contract, you will receive offers from our local partners via email for the rental and maintenance of your property.
